You can refresh the app to see if this is a data-related issue. I'd be glad to show you how to do that.
You may clear the data app in two ways, either through QuickBooks Online App or in your Device settings.
If you're still not able to see the customer list and invoices, you need to turn off then, turn on your device. If it's still the same, you can uninstall and reinstall the application.
