Anyone know why all my customers and invoice history have disappeared from the app?

I'm here to help you fix this, @woodcockgardense.

 

You can refresh the app to see if this is a data-related issue. I'd be glad to show you how to do that.

 

You may clear the data app in two ways, either through QuickBooks Online App or in your Device settings.

 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
    • For Android device: From More Options ⋮, tap Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
    • For iOS device: From the Menu ☰, tap Help & Feedback, select Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

 

  • In your device Settings:
    • For Android device: Go to the device's Settings, select Apps, choose QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage. Finally, select clear data.
    • For iOS device: Go to the device's Settings, tap Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

If you're still not able to see the customer list and invoices, you need to turn off then, turn on your device. If it's still the same, you can uninstall and reinstall the application.
