Hello, we have several clients using QBO and they have enabled the auto invoice reminder feature, which appears to work for them on an invoice that is created in QBO. However, they import most of their invoices from our software package via API, and according to our clients, the auto invoice reminders are not firing off.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Have I missed something in the API that requires a setting to be enabled for this to work?
