Can I edit the appearance of my invoices in QB sole trader? The customise button on the invoice view page produces "We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested"

Hi shelley. Yes, you can edit the appearance of your invoices in QuickBooks Sole Trader. Let me share some insights about it.

Before doing so, please note that if your invoice is still using the old layout, you will encounter an error message when clicking the Customise button ( New Style or Edit current ), as QuickBooks already utilize the modern layout. If this happens, I recommend clicking the Update layout on your invoice screen to fix the error message and customise your invoice with your desired options.
