Can I see an estimate that I sent months ago? is there any record?

Hello there, @Giovanni4.

Yes, you can still see the estimates that you've sent months ago in QuickBooks Online. You've got me here to guide you on how to accomplish this goal.

You can pull up the Transaction List by Customer report and customise it based on your desired date. Make sure to select estimate as the transaction type to see all its details.

To do that:

  1. Click on Reports at the left pane.
  2. Look for Transaction List by Customer in the search box.
  3. Select the Report period that you want to view.
  4. Click on Customize.
  5. Select on the drop-down arrow beside Filter.
  6. Choose Estimate as the transaction type.
  7. Click on Run report.

You also have the option to view this information from the customer's page.

I'll guide you how:

  1. Click on Sales from the left pane.
  2. Refer to All Sales.
  3. Select on Filter.
  4. Choose Estimate as the transaction type.
  5. Select the Status and your desired Date.
  6. Click on Apply

To give you more details about the reports that you can pull up and on how to customise them in QBO, please see these resources attached:
