Hi, @Joannehill85. The Automatic Late fee option is only available in the QBO US and Canada. That might be the one you read in the article, wherein you can turn it on under the Account and Settings.
In the meantime, you can manually add the late fee to new or existing invoices. For a complete guide, check out this article: Add service fees manually to invoices. You can also search for any third-party applications that offer this capability. Just click the Integrations menu to find one.
