Can’t see my invoices in previews anymore. I will not let me print them off.

If you’re referring to the IOS app, the print/preview issue started with an update about a week ago, and is currently still ongoing.

 

Quickbooks are working on fixing on case INV-121598.

 

It affects all previews, eg invoice preview, payment preview, attachment preview etc.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

Alternatively, I recommend clearing your cache to update any website preferences that might affect the program's functionality. Additionally, it's crucial to ensure you're using the latest version of your browser, as outdated versions can cause significant compatibility problems and security vulnerabilities.

 

If you continue experiencing difficulties, consider switching to another supported and up-to-date browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, which may offer better performance and compatibility with the program's features.
