Hello tracey2972, thanks for reaching out to the Quickbooks Community page, yes you can go to the custom form styles then add a new style and create a new invoice template and make it the same as the other one , give it a specific name and then in the invoice section at the bottom you choose the customise section and then choose the template you want to use, only MA and CA and standard user all access will have the option to decide which template to use just to make you aware of that. However, all other users will get the basic default template.
