Let me help you go over to your account and have your CSV file imported in QuickBooks Online(QBO), Barry Todd.
Missing transactions can be caused by several factors. We can also consider the interrupted connection. When there are connection faults during the download process, some transactions won’t be downloaded successfully. When importing your bank transactions, there are certain factors to consider.

Hello,
Im having issues uploading a csv file. ive tried converting the format in google sheets but still having problems. My bank is Santander and seems to not work, nationwide worked fine.
have you any suggestions?
Thankyou
Jasmin
Hello Jasmin Simmons, thanks for posting on this thread, have you formatted it exactly the same as what it shows you on this help article? Also have you definitely saved the file as a CSV one can you double check.
Another option, utilize csv2qbo converter tool. It costs $60 (one time license).
