Hello there, chartley-chucks.

Tried all of this, tried windows Chrome, Tried MS edge, Tried chrome on mobile, tried incogneto - nothing works. It started when I selected to view expenses for preceeding period where there are no accounts, now I am locked out of viewing expenses on the dashboard - also occurs in the sales window of the dashboard if you select a period where there are no accounts. The QB app on my mobile works OK.
We would be grateful if you can provide us with a screen shot of your dashboard. We would also be grateful if you can run a report for sales and expenses relating to the date range that is showing/greyed out on the dashboard and provide us with a screen shot of the reports.
Hi Chartley-chucks 👋 Yeah we appreciate that you think it's some sort of bug sounds more of a browser issue when things are grayed out, for us to clarify what the issue we will need to be able to see the screen, Could you grab a screenshot of the dashboard section for us so that we can see visually what your seeing, Thanks Becky
It looks like there is no data in thats why it is saying to add. The sales are defaulting to this week it looks like from the screenshot, Can you create a sales receipt dated sometime this week save it and see if the dashboard sales box changes and shows that amount you put in. The expense is saying last fiscal quarter, can you create an expense in that date range and again save it and see if it shows the amount on the box in dashboard.
