Does anyone know why PayPal charges no longer show up on transactions? Thank you

We have an open investigation about Paypal charges not showing in QuickBooks. Our engineers are aware of this and now working to identify the cause of the issue. Once identified, they’ll look for a permanent solution to this.
We'd like to resolve this one as much as you do. While we’re working on a fix, I suggest contacting our support team. This way, you’ll be added as one of the affected users.
Click the Help icon at the upper-right corner and select Contact us at the bottom part of the pop-up window. You'll see a box that lets you enter about your concern, let's say PayPal charges no longer show up on transactions. Then, click Let's Talk. Also, please consider checking the support hours and types. Go to the QuickBooks Online section to see the information.
I'll also update this thread as soon as I get a word from our engineering team.
