Having updated to iOS 13 when i try to attach a photo of a receipt to an expense, the “Use” option on the photo has now dissappeared

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to attach a photo of your receipt on your expense, paulclayton2.

 

To fix some app-related issues, you can change the data connection on your phone. If it is connected to Wifi, turn it off and use cellular data. If connected to cellular data, connect it to Wifi. Then, close and restart the mobile app.

 

If the same thing happens, clear cached the app data to refresh it. Just follow the steps in Step 3. Clear App Data section in this article: Mobile Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide. Then, proceed to Step 5 and 6 to finish the troubleshooting process.

 

If the problem persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll investigate what's causing this issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter Use option disappeared in the mobile app in the What can we help you with? section.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback to connect with us.

In the meantime, you can access QuickBooks Online through a web or in your phone's browser to add the receipts.
