I have checked this issue here in our system, and we have received reports from others users getting the same challenges about missing logo.
We have already submitted a ticket about this issue in which our engineering team is currently working on a resolution.
In line with this, I invite you contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care support. They can add you to our notification list so you can stay updated. We’ll email you once more information becomes available.
