Hello. I emailed my receipts/invoices as I usually do and they normally show up within a few mins as pending and then process. Tonight I emailed them at 6:30pm and they are still not showing as pending (Now its 10:30pm) Is there a problem at your server?

Hello. I waited until this morning and no transactions showing as pending or unreviewed. I've emailed the receipts again this morning but still not showing as pending.

 

I use this feature regularly for a couple of years do nothing has changed my end to my knowledge.

Could you try and upload them again into the system and let us know how you get on. 

 

We have received no other reports of this from customers about this issue.

I sent them just again for the third time and then have instantly appeared as pending. Not to sure why the first 2 attempts did not work but seems to be working again now.
