Hi, I cannot see the Register email address for forwarding receipts tab in banking

Currently, the Register your email option in the Receipts tab is only available for US region users. For UK region users, you'll need to upload the files manually.

1. Select Banking on the left menu and go to the Receipts tab.
2. You can select browse to upload or you can just Drag and drop files.

This is still an ongoing innovation for QuickBooks Online UK. We'll let our Product Development Team know about this.
