Hi, I have a client who uses HSBC and they have 3 accounts but when I try to connect to QB only 1 is showing, all show on their online banking, any ideas?

Some banks enforce security protocols that require you to enable the ability to add more than one account to a single connection. I recommend reaching out to your bank to see if this is the case and if they can allow you to connect all 3 accounts using a single connection.
