Hi I'm updating bank balance, the balance shows correctly, but there are no transactions in bank and cards. What should I do?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.
What bank provider are you with?
Please try to update the bank by signing into QuickBooks via an in incognito (private browsing) window and going to Banking > Pencil icon on bank card > Edit sign-in info.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
