Hi there, @ajdelectrical71. I appreciate your proactiveness.
Since you've already troubleshooted the app, I recommend accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) through the browser on your mobile device instead of the app for the time being. This approach bypasses potential app-related issues and ensures you’re using the most up-to-date version of QBO.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Open your preferred browser on your mobile device.
- Go to QuickBooks Online and log in to your account.
- Locate the invoice with the incorrect Net 30 term and click Edit.
- Check if the Terms field defaults to Due on Receipt, then save any changes made.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team. They can help identify the root cause and provide a definitive solution. Here's how:
- Navigate to the Help (?) Icon.
- Click Contact us below the Search tab section.
- Enter brief information about your concern.
- Select Continue to proceed and choose how you would like to connect with us.
For any inquiries about managing invoices or other sales transactions in QuickBooks, feel free to get in touch.
