Before we start, can you share with me the error message you're getting when sending invoices from QuickBooks Online Mobile App? Any further info would be much appreciated.

 

To fix the problem, let's try resetting your app data. This is similar to clearing caches from a web browser. Doing this refreshes the app storage and improves its performance. Here's how:
 

Mobile App:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online Mobile App, select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
  3. Tap Yes.

 

Android Settings:

  1. Go to Settings and select Apps.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online and click on Storage.
  3. Select Clear Data.

 

Once done, try sending invoices again. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

I have attached the image of what the app says when trying to send invoices.
I have tried clearing the Caches but there isn't that option on the app?

Normally, we advise you to clear the cache if you're using a web browser to log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. You'll want to clear the app's cache file instead if you're using a mobile app when fixing the issue. I've outlined the steps below:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks app.
  2. Go to the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the Rest App Data option on the drop-down selection.

 

Also, you might get interested in mobile invoices. These are invoices sent from your mobile device, enabling you to request payments on the go. To learn more, read this article for more information: How To Accept Mobile Invoices: A Guide For Small Businesses.

I'm sorry but there is not a help section with clearing data option on the mobile app so I don't know what you are talking about im afraid?

I'll make sure you can clear your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app data and send invoices through it accordingly.

 

The QBO mobile app stores cache to speed up your experience in performing your tasks. You can clear your data to refresh the system and remove older files that cause unusual responses. 

 

If you're using an Android device, go to the More (three dots) icon at the top right corner of the screen. For the complete guide, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the More icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

If you're using an iOS device, go to the Menu (three lines) icon at the top left corner of the screen. Follow these steps to complete the process:

 

  1. Go to the Menu icon at the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

In case the issue persists, I'd recommend uninstalling (tap and hold the app icon) and reinstalling the app. This is to ensure the version you'll be using is updated.
