Hi, several of our clients are missing Bank Transactions on Quickbooks from the 23rd of April 2021. Has there been an issue?

Yes it appears, the clients all have HSBC bank accounts

No, no error message or warnings and I can see transactions for the 22nd and 24th of April.

right ok, thanks for that Jon, what i suggest you do is ring the helpline on 0808 234 5337 and then if you give the agent the company id numbers of your clients that are having this issue they can then have a look in the system at the backend to see if it is showing anything errors or anything there for you.
