How do I add company info and logo to invoice

Glad you came here, @info-rpdwaste-co.

 

I can show you the steps to get your company information and logo in you invoices. To do that, you have to first  input your details and upload the logo in the Company settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Accounts and Settings.
  2. Go to the Company menu, then tap the Company name section.
  3. Click the + option on the company logo section.
  4. Upload the logo from there.
  5. Once done, fill out the other company information.
  6. Always click Save, then Done.

 

Once you've entered and saved all the company information, you can now add it to the invoice template. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon again, and choose Custom form styles.
  2. Click the invoice template. If you don't have one, click New Style.
  3. In the Design tab, you can also upload your logo or change its size.
  4. Next, go to the Content tab, then click the header section of the template.
  5. Mark the company information you want to add on the invoice.
  6. After that, click Done.
