How do I add my bank details to invoices automatically? Currently having to manually write it each time

Hi there, @hello-wafflestic. I'm here to ensure you can add your banking details to the invoice automatically.

To do this, you can customise your invoice template and use the Message to customer on or the Add payment details and footer fields to add your bank details. The information you entered will automatically populate when you create an invoice using that template. Let me guide you how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account and go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click the Custom Form Styles option.
  3. Look for the invoice template you want to modify and select Edit. You can also create a new one by clicking the New style drop-down and choose Invoice.
  4. Then, select the Content tab.
  5. Next, click the Footer section.
  6. From there, add your bank details in the Message to customer on or Add payment details and footer field. bank details.PNG
  7. When finished, click Done.
  8. You can also review the changes by selecting the Preview PDF button.

For more details about customising the invoice template in QBO, please open this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. Once done, attempt to create an invoice and select the Customise button to choose the template you've created.

Having a list of your customers’ outstanding balances in QBO is a breeze. To do so, you can run the Accounts Receivable ageing summary report. This will also show how much is still due and how long they’re past due.

Stay in touch with me if there's anything else you need about adding banking details to the invoice. I'm here to assist you once more. Have a good one.
