How do I add Terms and Conditions in my invoice?

Hi there, @dr-shwetaadvani.

 

I've got some insights to share about adding a Terms and Conditions on your invoice template in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

At this time, being able to customize and add a specific field for Terms and Conditions on the invoice template isn't available. The system has its default template, which helps you create professional-style invoices.

 

However, you can enter them on the Note to Customer section. Take note that this needs to be done every time you create an invoice since we're unable to save them yet. Please see the screenshot attached for reference:

Many Thanks for your response. I did explore this option but unfortunately the characters limit is less and I am unable to cover all of my T&C. Any further suggestions, please?

At this time, you can only add those information either in the Payment details or Message box. The maximum characters are up to 25.

 

However, I'll let our Product Development team know that this is something that you need, a Terms and Condition box.

If your T&C is complex, put it as an engagement letter attached to your estimate.

How do I add Terms and Conditions in my invoice?

We are having the same issue with attaching our terms and conditions as they are specific.  We cannot attach a cover letter with it on there as they don't sign and return a cover letter were as they are signing the estimate for approval.  So it does not hold up in court if we have a client that is refusing to pay.  Please send this up to the designers to make this feature available.

They have been asked this for years! They don't know how or unwilling to. They just keep milking out the same old version and putting a new year date on it.
