How do I cancel my subscription and get a refund for my last invoice as seen as I haven’t been able to use this app for the last month?

Let me help cancel your subscription by following these steps:

 

If you purchased QBO from the Apple App Store or Google Play, here's how to cancel the subscription:

 

Apple App Store (iOS, iPhone, iPad)

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Select iTunes & App Store.
  3. Select your Apple ID and then View Apple ID.
  4. Select Subscriptions.
  5. Select QuickBooks Online.
  6. Select Cancel.

Google Playstore (Android phones and tablets)

  1. Go to the Play Store app.
  2. Select the Menu icon and then Subscriptions.
  3. Select the QuickBooks app.
  4. On the Manage subscriptions window, select Cancel subscription.

 

However, if you have purchase QuickBooks Online directly from Intuit, you can follow these steps to cancel it:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online as Master or Company Administrator.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner, and select Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab, and go to the QuickBooks section.
  4. Click Cancel on the QuickBooks Subscription status.
  5. Finish the cancellation survey, and click Continue.
  6. You'll receive a confirmation after cancelling your account successfully.

 

You can contact our Customer Care Team to process the refund for the unused services subscription. They can also review your account from there.

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Type and then enter Contact Us.
  3. Choose Live Chat.
