Hello Community Users!! When it comes to moving invoices in between 2 accountancy software products it may be possible to just import the data directly into Quickbooks from the other party. Quickbooks has an import data section in the cog in the top right and you can click on that and then click on import invoices. The data you import into Quickbooks would have downloaded from the other software and be saved in an excel(CSV) format. We've included extra information on how to do the import here At the moment the option is not available yet for estimates. Any questions feel free to add them to this thread.
Hello, cr6512.
Thank you for sharing your concern here in the Community. I'll make sure that you can create an estimate and invoice.
You can create an estimate when you want to give your customer a bid for the items that they want to purchase. If the customer accepted the estimate you can convert the estimate to an invoice.
Here's how to create an estimate:
You can send the estimate to your customer and have them accept it.
After accepting the estimate you can convert an estimate to an invoice
You can also check this article that will help you Add an estimate to an existing invoice.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns. I'm always here to help.
Are you using SageOne? Export the Estimate/Invoice data to XLS/CSV and utilize an importer tool.
