How do i match a customer payment which includes 1 QB raised invoice and 1 of our previous system invoices?

Hi there, @CwrwFi.
 

You can create a separate invoice based on your previous system invoices. This way, you can match it to your downloaded transaction and with the one created inside QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the +New icon and select Invoice.
  2. Enter the same details as your previous system invoices.
  3. Click Save and close.

 

Once done, you can now match them to your downloaded banking transactions

 

When everything is fine in the Categorised or Reviewed tab, you can do your monthly reconciliations.
