How do I set a -20% tax rate on my invoice

I'm here to share some information about setting up tax rates in QuickBooks. Our system automatically sets up a list of VAT codes in compliance with the provided VAT codes from HMRC. 

If you need to set up another code other than the standard rate, you'll need to consult an accountant or tax expert first to ensure if this is applicable to your business.
