For now, the Receipt tab is only applicable in the US version. This feature is good to be added in your book.
I'm making sure to forward the information you've shared here to our software engineers. It might be given a chance to be included in the next product update
We can attach the receipt by adding them in the Attachment field when creating an expense transaction.
