How do you add customer logo to the invoice? Thanks

Adding a logo to your customer's invoice is a breeze, @tc7shopfitterslt. I'd be happy to walk you through how to do that.


You can add your customer's logo on the invoice template by going to the Custom Form Styles section in QuickBooks.


Here's how you can achieve it:

  1. Select the Gear icon on the toolbar.
  2. Under Your Company, pres on Custom Form Styles
  3. At the upper right, from the New style drop-down, select the appropriate form. If you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template then select Edit under the Action column.
  4. Go to the Design tab.
  5. Hit on Make logo edits. 
  6. Select the + on the window.
  7. Locate and select the image you want to use.
  8. Hit on Open. Once uploading is done, select Save, then Done.
