How do you manage GDPR compliance using QBO: for instance, keeping invoices for 7 years if cancelling licence; or not holding personal data too long, but still on system.

It's just a question about how other businesses tick the GDPR boxes whilst using financial software, which essentially keeps customer data, for instance, long after that customer is 'current' so not holding more data than required, and on the other end of the spectrum ensuring we don't lose all invoices info, etc, that HMRC may require should we stop using the software.  Just GDPR as a whole in the context of QBO.
