How to invoice my app has changed and I can’t work out how to use it

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties using the app after the recent changes, Jamie. Let me share some helpful insights to ensure you can create your invoices seamlessly.

 

Before we proceed, could you clarify what specifically changed in the invoicing process or layout that is causing confusion? Alternatively, is there a particular function that isn’t working as expected? Any additional details would be greatly appreciated.

 

To access the Invoices section, tap the Menu button. You can also log in to your QBO account using any supported mobile web browser to complete your tasks in QuickBooks.

If some features aren’t working as they should, you can clear the app's data. This will refresh the system and remove any outdated files that may be causing issues. This process will also free up storage space while keeping your documents and data safe.

For Android:

 

  • Go to the Menu ☰.
  • Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  • Tap YES to confirm.

 

For iOS:

 

  • Go to Settings, then tap General.
  • Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  • Tap Offload App.

 

You can also uninstall and reinstall the app to provide a fresh start with updated settings and fixes.
