I can no longer see Alan invoice that I sent and has been paid. how do I find it?

You can count on me, @tomblakemore1989.

Normally, the sent and paid invoices are accessible on the Invoices page. You can filter the Status and Date from the drop-down to narrow down your search results. Please see the screenshot below for a visual guide:

Since you're unable to locate them, this can be due to too much cache in the web pages. Thus, causing unusual QuickBooks Self-Employed responses.

To isolate this, you can use a private browser or an incognito window since it doesn't store any cache data. The following are the shortcut keys you can use to access one:

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome A63.PNG .
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox A64.PNG and Microsoft Edge A65.PNG .
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari A66.PNG .

Once there, access the Invoices page again. If it works, clear your browser's cache to delete the old internet files that cause unusual QuickBooks behavior. This helps to restore the default setup of the browser and refresh the system.

If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser instead to get the best and most secure experience with the program.

You can personalize your invoice to pull up the info that matters most to your business. For the detailed steps, see Step 1: Customize your invoices part in this article: Create and customize invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Also, you can do other tasks on the Invoices menu, like being able to print your invoices, export them as PDFs, and send reminders for overdue ones, among others. To do that, click the drop-down from the Action drop-down.

I've got your back if you have additional questions about this. I'll make sure to answer them for you.
