I can’t find my invoices. I need help.

Currently, the option to restore deleted invoices is unavailable. However, there is a helpful feature called the Audit Log that can assist us in retrieving the information needed to recreate any deleted invoices. The Audit Log tracks all changes made to transactions and user entries within your QuickBooks company file, including additions, deletions, and modifications.

Here's how you can use the Audit Log to recover the details of your deleted invoices:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
2. Click Filter to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
3. Tap Apply.
4. Locate the deleted transaction.
   • Use the browser search.
   • Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard.
   • Enter a keyword about the deleted invoice.
5. Under the History column, click View.
6. All transaction information is under the EVENT column.
