I have 4 recurring transactions that i have skipped next date for payment ....however, instead of 01/09/24 it has jumped to 01/10/24 How do i amend

I have tried to amend in the customer page but it isnt updating in the recurring transactions

I have 4 recurring transactions that i have skipped next date for payment ....however, instead of 01/09/24 it has jumped to 01/10/24 How do i amend

Once you click the Skip next date, the transaction will move to the next recurring date. A possible reason why the date isn't the one you expected is because of how you set up the recurring transaction. I recommend checking the setup and ensuring everything is correct to avoid unwanted results.

 

Moreover, if you want to edit the recurring transactions, you should modify the recurring template rather than editing the individual transaction on the customer page. By updating the recurring template, the changes you make will be reflected in the transactions. Please note that the changes will affect future transactions.
