Hey, JK. Missing transactions usually happen due to a temporary sync hiccup. To fix this, you’ll want to give your bank feeds a quick refresh so your transactions stay current. Just head over to Settings > Manage Accounts > Refresh all. This should download all the latest transactions from your bank.

You'll also want to double-check your filters if those transactions aren't showing up. Ensure the date range and bank account are correct, and try selecting All under the Type menu. Sometimes, transactions are hidden because of these filters.

If you’ve tried all that and those transactions still aren't showing up, it’s worth checking your bank’s website for any maintenance or outage alerts. Sometimes a sync error happens because of a temporary hiccup on their end, so you might want to give them a shout to confirm.

Alternatively, yes, you can manually import your transactions via a CSV file. Just keep an eye out for duplicates by selecting only the missing dates for your export. This way, you can minimise the risk of overlapping with existing data. If any duplicates do slip through, you can easily clear them out by excluding them from the For Review tab.
