Hi @splservicesnw,

Let's get your new company logo to show in your invoices.

We need to make sure that the new company logo is also uploaded in the Custom Form Styles page.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Plus (+) icon, then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select the correct template you're using, or select Standard if you use the default template.
  3. Under the Design tab, click Make logo edits then add your new company logo.
  4. Once everything looks good, click Done.

That should get your new logo to show in your invoices. If ever you have any other questions, leave me a comment below.

Thanks for your reply, that's the exact process I've followed but no joy. The logo shows up on the screen whilst I'm on that page but after that point it doesn't. Whenever I make a new invoice it doesn't show.

Any ideas?

Hello Sam

Is that form you are using the standard master or have you created your own in word and imported it in?(you can check this in cog>custom form styles>then it will either says standard or default against the one it  will automatically use) When you are in the invoice you are previewing can you click on customise,is the tick set against the correct form?

Thanks

Ema
