Over time, the cache on your phone accumulates unnecessary data, causing the app to behave unexpectedly. To resolve this, please follow the steps below to clear the app's cache.
For iOS:
- Go to Settings and select General.
- Click iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
- Hit Offload App to free up the storage without deleting its documents and data.
For Android:
- Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Refresh Data.
- Click on Yes.
After performing these steps, power cycle your device. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
As a workaround, please access your QuickBooks using your mobile browser to access your expenses.
