I’m using iPhone and since the latest update a few days ago my bank transactions aren’t showing as an option

Hello there. I have a few steps that we can perform to help us retrieve the bank transaction option in QuickBooks Online.

If you're having problems with the QuickBooks Online mobile app, it may be because of the data saved in the app. To check if that's the case, we can reset the data. It's similar to clearing the cache on a web browser.

Here's how:

iOS:

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Select Refresh.

You can also do it in your device settings:

iOS:

  1. From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. Click the Offload App.

After you've reset the data, restart your device and reopen your QBO mobile app to check if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app:

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.

Once you can navigate again in the bank transaction feed, you can check out these articles to learn how to review, accept, and categorise bank transactions on your iOS:

Additionally, you can visit this page to learn about the supported features of QuickBooks Online mobile apps: Compare mobile app features.

Let me know if you have further queries about the bank transaction option or any QuickBooks-related concerns. Keep safe.
