I've amended the address and email for a customer but the old details are appearing on the invoices - what can I do??

Hello there,

 

It occurs when QuickBooks retrieves cached data or if the customer profile is not updated. Let's finalize everything to ensure that it is updated.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to All Apps
  2. Choose Customer Hub
  3. Click Customers
  4. Find and click on the customer name
  5. Click Edit
  6. Update the Billing address or review.
  7. Update or review the Email field.
  8. Click Save

 

If the customer profile details are correct, the issue may be that your browser is storing old info. I suggest clearing your cache or switching browsers to refresh QuickBooks data.
