It occurs when QuickBooks retrieves cached data or if the customer profile is not updated. Let's finalize everything to ensure that it is updated.
Here's how:
- Go to All Apps
- Choose Customer Hub
- Click Customers
- Find and click on the customer name
- Click Edit
- Update the Billing address or review.
- Update or review the Email field.
- Click Save
If the customer profile details are correct, the issue may be that your browser is storing old info. I suggest clearing your cache or switching browsers to refresh QuickBooks data.
