Financial reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO) enable you to drill down into your transactions, Simon. However, it's currently not an option to directly access the attachments within the report. You'll have to open each bill manually (double-click the transactions on the report) to see the attached PDF files. With this, I'd recommend sending a request to our product engineers so they can consider adding it in future updates.
