To further determine the root cause of the issue. I highly recommend reaching out to our Technical Support team. They can create a formal investigation to know what's preventing you to accept transactions using the mobile app. Here's how:
Our phone support operation is from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 10 PM, and on Saturday to Sunday 8 AM to 6 PM. For more info, please see this page: QuickBooks Online Support.

So when you try and accept the transactions in the banking section of the app what is exactly happening? Are you getting any error messages or anything showing up at all? Could you give us more information of what exactly is happening so we can help you? Have you tried on the web browser instead of the app does it work there or do you get the same thing happening?
When I accept a transaction, it says ‘transaction accept’ but then it doesn’t disappear off the screen like it usually does. Then when I try a second transaction it doesn’t do anything, it’s as if the accept button isn’t working. I have tried;
* Refreshing the transactions.
* Disconnecting the app and reinstalling.
* Switching my iPad off and back on again.
I have tried on the web browser and that is working fine, however I’m so used to using the app and prefer it.
Hello Constructionayrs, What version of the app are you using? Can you try resetting the app data?
I’m having the same problem.
App is allowing matching to invoices fine but won’t accept other transactions. Click on the ‘Accept’ button and nothing happens. Transactions just stays as waiting to be accepted on Banking.
When you go onto QuickBooks online on the web it works fine.
