Is there a reason why I'm unable to customise my invoice? Every time I try I get a message saying "sorry, can't find the page you requested'.

Is there a reason why I'm unable to customise my invoice? Every time I try I get a message saying "sorry, can't find the page you requested'.

Hi @hayley-fisher-th, thanks for posting on the Community

 

This may be due your current user role and access rights in QuickBooks. Only admin-level users (Primary and Company) are able to edit templates.

 

If you have the correct permissions, please try loading QuickBooks in a different web browser or incognito window to check for any browser issues that may be causing the message.
