It isn't possible to adjust the alignment of fields on the invoice, however, you can switch up the template design by navigating to the Cog > Custom form styles > Select edit beside your template (or New style to create a new) > Design > Choose a template.
You can also check for any browser issues which may be impacting the normal display of your invoice by logging into QuickBooks via a different browser or incognito, or by clearing the cache and cookies.
