Let's start by opening your QuickBooks Self-Employed on a private browser or incognito. This mode will not save your browsing history.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Next, go to the Invoices tab and open the invoice. If you can see the payment after viewing the invoice once, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
Finally, restart your browser to refresh the settings. Alternatively, try using a different supported browser.
