You can mark an invoice as paid by navigating to the Invoices tab under the Get Paid menu, @melkeegan1999.
Here’s how:
- Navigate to the Get Paid menu and select Invoices.
- Find the invoice you want to mark as paid.
- Click Record payment.

- Select the account where you want the payment to be recorded.
- Click Save to update the invoice as paid.

Alternatively, you can open the invoice by clicking the View/Edit option, then select Receive payment. This will allow you to record the payment directly from within the invoice.
