My app won't let me match payments to invoices.

It keeps telling me to log in on desktop, I would like to do this on my phone.

My app won't let me match payments to invoices.

It's great to have you join this forum, ernest-deadbugpe. I can help you match payments received to your invoices in your online account.

 

Currently, matching payments to invoices in QuickBooks Online is only available on the web browser. If using a computer isn't an option for you, you'll want to use the browser available on your device. This way, you'll able to utilize this feature and track these transactions. Then, start categorising and matching these entries in your account.

 

In addition to this, I'd recommend sending this feature request to our product engineers. This way, they'll consider this idea and will work on its progress to include it in future product updates.

 

Here's how to send feedback from your mobile app:

 

  1. Tap the three-dotted icon at the top right part of your screen,
  2. Select Feedback.

 

From the web browser:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your product suggestions or feedback.
  3. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

 

Moreover, you may want to run specific reports to help review business finances and other accounting data: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
