My invoices have disappeared from my app. They are still there on the the browser version on my PC but the app doesn't show them at all. How do I get them back on the app

My invoices have disappeared from my app. They are still there on the the browser version on my PC but the app doesn't show them at all. How do I get them back on the app

It's crucial to have a comprehensive list of invoices to maintain accurate sales records and reports. Let's work together to troubleshoot and find the missing entries.

 

Usually, this issue occurs if your app is full of cache or stored data. Removing them will optimize the device's performance. 

 

For Android users:

  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings and select Apps (depending on the device).
  2. Choose QuickBooks app from the list and select Storage.
  3. Tap the Clear data option.

For iOS:

  1. Go to Setting and tap General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage, and select QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App to free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

Next, open QuickBooks Online (QBO) again and check your invoices. If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the app to start fresh. Check out this article for detailed instructions to download the app: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

In case you're referring to the desktop app version, simply follow these steps to enhance its working performance:

 

  1. In your company, head to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
