My page hasn’t been loading correctly for a couple of weeks. It says pull down to load correctly but that doesn’t work and I’m not able to issue invoices etc.

Many of the icons that used to be there are no longer. In fact it won’t allow me to do almost anything of my usual tasks while in the app!

This sounds unusual and we'd like to make sure you're able to access the app and all of its features as expected. 

 

First, please check for any cache issues that may be causing this behaviour by uninstalling and reinstalling the app to the latest version available in your app store (you won't lose any data during this process). 

 

Then, check that your mobile operating system (iOS or Android) is updated to the latest release in your device settings.

 

If you continue to experience problems after this, please get back in touch with the app version that you're using, and the device type and we'll pick this back up with you.
