My phone app version is not syncing up correctly to my desktop version Invoices & payments acknowledged in the balances but I can not see the invoices

Hi there, aman6.

 

I'll share some steps that can help us make sure that your mobile app is syncing with the one in your computer. 

 

If you're using an Android device, go to the More Options menu, then select Settings. Tap Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.

 

For iOS, go to Menu ☰, then select Help & Feedback. Look for Refresh Data, and then tap Refresh.

 

Once done, re-open the app and log back in to your account. Then, check if you can already see the missing invoices. If you can't still see them, you might need to uninstall and re-install the app.

My phone app version is not syncing up correctly to my desktop version Invoices & payments acknowledged in the balances but I can not see the invoices

these steps did offer a temporary fix for 4 of my employees. After the hard synced info appears the app goes back to not syncing. This has been going on for about 2 months and support has offered two other fixes after this one but they are only temporary as well.

Can we check which data is out of sync with the desktop, is this bank data only or all data? 

 

Please also check that you're running the latest version of the app within the app store as well as the most recent operating system for your mobile provider for the optimum experience.
