All your invoice transactions will show up on both platforms (desktop and mobile). Since this isn't your case, I recommend clearing your app's data. This refreshes its connection and fixes data-related issues like missing invoices.
You can clear the data from the QuickBooks Online app by following these steps:
- From More Options ⋮, select on Settings.
- Tap on Refresh Data.
- Choose on Yes.
Clearing the data can also be done on your device's settings. Here's how:
- From your device's Settings, select on Apps.
- Choose QuickBooks app from the list.
- Tick on Storage.
- Select clear data.
