Can you tell us which bank is connected in your account? QuickBooks Online will attempt to download transactions that are already cleared in your bank every night.
A possible browser issue might have been preventing these transactions to show up in your Bank Feeds. If you haven't already, log in to QuickBooks using a different browser (Mozilla, Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge). Then, update your bank once again to check if that works.
